Parent hub

Everything families need,
all in one place.

Term arrangements, attendance, homework, uniform, collection and the everyday standards that keep learning calm and safe.

Term datesThe madrassah runs throughout school terms with very few closures, mainly around Eid or when the venue is unavailable. Confirmed closures are sent by WhatsApp and posted on the blog.
Everyday expectations

Simple rules for a focused class.

01

Be punctual

Arrive on time and collect promptly at the end of the one-hour class. Late arrival disrupts learning.

02

Keep access clear

Parents and carers must not block driveways, entrances or traffic when parking outside the venue.

03

Come prepared

Bring the correct Qaida or Qur’an and learning materials. Phones must be switched off and kept out of sight.

04

No chewing

Chewing gum and food are not permitted during class. Please send a labelled water bottle if needed.

05

Show good character

Politeness, kindness, respect for teachers and classmates, and tidiness are expected at all times.

06

Use facilities independently

Children must be able to use the bathroom independently.

Girls’ uniform

Burgundy scarf
Burgundy jubbah

Uniform should be clean, modest and worn for every class.

Boys’ uniform

White hat
White jubbah

Uniform should be clean, modest and worn for every class.

Attendance & fees

Consistency matters.

Children should attend every scheduled class and arrive promptly. Please notify us when absence is unavoidable. Fees remain unchanged and payable in full regardless of attendance or the reason for absence.

Homework

A little, every day.

Children are expected to revise the lines or paragraphs set by their teacher. Short, regular practice at home is more effective than a long session once a week. Parents should listen, encourage and help maintain the routine.

Collection

Safe and prompt.

Parents or the agreed responsible adult should collect on time from the designated point. Tell the madrassah in advance if arrangements change. Children should not leave with an unknown adult.

Communication

Official channels only.

Updates are shared through WhatsApp, the website blog and live chat. Individual teacher contact details are not shared with parents or students; please use the madrassah’s official channels.
